Workstation Details: Smallest facility for a license is a workstation (mandatory). Workstation includes floorings, electricity, and installed air conditioning. Size: 5 to 7 sq. meters, suitable for one person. Facilities: One desk, one drawer, one chair. Common pantry and toilets outside the office. Apply separately for landline, internet, etc. Rent includes DEWA charges. Virtual tour available: Workstation Tour.

Email application pack for reviewal

Please find below the documents to be submitted vie email 1. Application Form (Fully Typed & Signed by the proposed manager/authorized signatory) 2. EHS Form (Fully Typed & Signed by the proposed manager/authorized signatory) 3. Brief Company Profile & Project Summary ( 1 page) 4. Company License Copy and List of Partners of the company if shareholder is Company. 5. Clear Passport Copy and residence visa (if any) of Owner(s), Manager, Secretary and Director(s)( valid for 6 months minimum 6. Clear passports copy of the proposed manager of the branch (valid for 6 months minimum). In case the proposed manager does not have residence visa in UAE, confirmation e-mail is required from the client stating that the manager does not have residence visa in UAE. 7. Activity is Selected from Jafza Activity list (with permitted number of activities & groups) KYC Form (Fully typed)

After the initial approval is received and booking of the facility is done, sales offer to be accepted.

Terms & Conditions

Please note every 9sqm gives an allocation of 1 visa.
Smallest facility is workstation. JAFZA does not offer license only and don’t have any 0-visa package. Minimum 2 visa with workstation is the smallest package available.
All facility requires Compute immigration card (CIC): AED 2,000 per year.
